The hotel has a convenient location and is close to Old Town. The hotel has nice gardens and a good selection of Western cuisine on the menu. The spacious rooms with large windows provide natural daylight and great views of the nature around.

The hotel charges extra for children's meals and tacks on unexpected charges, which can be expensive for families.

First of all, the location was perfect. It was right in the center of town, making it easy for me to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was great value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were all there and I particularly loved having a balcony with thin windows, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful views of the surroundings. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel had a beautiful garden with snow-capped mountains in the distance. the room was airy and bright, with comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great with easy access to central areas, and the restaurant had a wide range of food options to choose from.

The noise from the nearby road made it difficult to sleep at night, and the windows were too thin to block out the sound. the bathroom had low water pressure and a small capacity geyser, which wasn't sufficient for a cozy shower.

Spent my Christmas at a hotel with magnificent views of the mountains and a beautiful garden that added up to the holiday vibe. The rooms were very spacious and had good lighting, I didn't have to worry about bringing extra lights to read. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, they made sure that our needs were met promptly. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant that had a quite wide selection of Western options.

The only drawback I found was that the music played in the restaurant was very loud in the evening, which was quite off-putting. However, this is not a major issue at all and did not affect the overall experience.
